All employees must be provided with a written contract by their 8th week of employment. Known as ‘Terms and Conditions of Employment’, this is a legal requirement that all employers must issue regardless of size. It should contain a series of statutory defined points.
In order to give your business maximum protection by law HR Law Easy Answers will review your existing contracts of employment if required or we will draft bespoke contracts for every section of your business. We will ensure that your contracts comply with current employment law and make sure that your business has maximum flexibility and protection. Failure to have these in place leaves to open to potential fines

  • Management Handbooks

We will produce a comprehensive management handbook based on your rules but which comply with current law. This handbook will contain your internal employment law procedures from company confidentially to Equal Opportunity policies and everything in between.

This handbook is vital as it contains all of your own working rules and procedures. This handbook can act as a vital point of reference they resolve many disputes quickly and fairly as they take the struggle out of misinterpretation or implied contract argument. 6-14                           £650  -  ONE OFF FEE
15-20                         £850  -  ONE OFF FEE
20-24                         £950  -  ONE OFF FEE
25-29                         £1100 - ONE OFF FEE
