HR Law Easy Answers prides itself on its calibre, qualifications, experience and professionalism and is lead by an HR Law Expert who understands all aspects of Employment Law and how it impacts on owners, managing Directors and senior managers in their everyday responsibilities.
Frank Griffin is the Chief Executive Officer of HR Law Easy Answers and is a busy employment law practitioner and his background is extensive in helping businesses comply with all aspects of Employment Law. Frank Griffin is an experienced Tribunal Advocate, a Human Resources Consultant and Industrial Arbitrator. He advises clients on employment relation matters and employment legislation.
Practising employment law at a local and national level has provided him with a broad range of experience. His experience as a professional advisor has been vital to businesses trying to understand the complexity of employment law and applying it to everyday situations. His team have extensive experience in offering a support service to individuals and / or companies on all aspects of employment law and human resource issues.
He was also commissioned, by Manchester Chamber of Commerce, to hold seminars directed at small to medium employers on Employment issues. The purpose of these Seminars was to assist employers in solving their problems and difficulties with regard to Human Resource issues.
FRANK GRIFFIN - CEO
- A Trade Union Official, who was then elected General Secretary of a Trade Union.
- Appointed the North Eastern Regional Executive for a National Charity.
- Completed a Masters Degree in European Law and Human Relations at Keele University. In a career change moved from the Public and Voluntary sectors to gain experience in the Private Sector.
- Tribunal Advocate and HR Consultant for two major business support organisations, advising clients on employment relations, HR issues and employment legislation.
- HR and Employment Law Manager of Human Resource Consultancy established Law firm with offices in East Anglia and London.
- Completed Employment Tribunal case preparation, and presentation of over 400 Employment Tribunal cases. An advocate at hearings in England and Northern Ireland.
- Appointed by Secretary of State to N.E.D.O. the NW Employment Tribunal Panel and a Labour Law Arbitrator for ACAS.
- Head of Employment Department for a firm of Solicitors in the North West of England.
- Researched and produced, for various Companies, Human Resources employment policies and procedures.
- Created and Presented for the Chamber of Commerce, a series of seminars on several aspects of employment legislation.
- Wrote a published monthly employment advice column for business syndicated.
