Legal Representation at Disciplinary Hearings next change

There are several Tribunal decision’s, leading to Judicial support for a change, which will impact substantially on employers; in Employment Law particularly a change of the right for an employee to bring a solicitor as their representative at disciplinary hearings, this matter at present is going to the Supreme Court, (previously the House of Lords) so watch this space.
